Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and typically arrive in 2–5 business days across India, depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; a flat fee applies below that.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation and, once shipped, a tracking update at the email/phone number you provided at checkout.

Returns and replacements

Because these are packaged food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a batch arrives damaged, spoiled, or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund — no forms, no interrogation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are settled via bank transfer or UPI.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it falls under the return policy above.
